If we become aware or suspect a potential violation of these guidelines, we reserve the right to review and take action, which may include restricting or terminating a user's access to the community or app, or as otherwise specified in these guidelines. We may update these guidelines, so we encourage periodic reviews. GirlfriendlyAI is available only to users aged 18 and above.
Illegal Activities
Do not use the GirlfriendlyAI Service for any illegal activities, including but not limited to commercial sexual services, trafficking, explicit content, or promoting unsafe or illegal activities.
Malicious Use
Sending viruses, malware, or any harmful or destructive software is prohibited. Distributing content that jeopardizes or impairs the GirlfriendlyAI Service's functionality is strictly forbidden.
Hate Speech
Refrain from publishing or spreading materials that incite hatred or aggression against groups based on race, nationality, religion, disabilities, gender, age, veteran status, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
Misinformation
Avoid spreading false information that could escalate the threat of immediate violence or physical harm or disrupt the flow of political processes.
Personal and Confidential Information
Do not share another person's private and confidential information, such as images, credit card information, security codes, or undisclosed contact information.
Account Hijacking
Unauthorized access to another user's account is strictly prohibited. Using our service for phishing attempts is also not allowed.
Child Exploitation
Do not create characters who are underage or post images of young individuals, including non-authentic portrayals like artwork, AI-derived visuals, fictional entities, or figurines. Also, avoid uploading or disseminating material that exploits, entices, or harms minors. This includes all images of child sexual abuse and any content depicting minors in a sexual context. We will remove such content and take appropriate actions, including account suspension and notifying relevant authorities.
Spam
Avoid spamming, including creating or sending characters that deliver unwanted marketing or commercial content, or unsolicited or bulk communications.
Sexually Explicit Content
Refrain from posting sexually explicit images or depictions of real individuals or engaging in sexual acts as defined in the previous guidelines, except in certain permitted contexts related to education, science, or art for users aged 18 and above.
Non-Consensual Sexually Explicit Material
Do not share content that manipulates individuals via sextortion, revenge pornography, sharing or threatening to share non-consensual intimate visuals, covertly captured images of typically sexualized body parts, or sharing or threatening to disclose confidential intimate conversations.
Harassment and Bullying
Avoid bullying or harassing others. Those using the GirlfriendlyAI Service for harassment or bullying may see the inappropriate content deleted or face permanent exclusion from the Service. Continually bombarding other users with unwanted messages, including unsolicited intimate content, constitutes harassment.
Violence and Threats
Do not circulate depictions of intense or unnecessary violence. We might delete content and liaise with law enforcement if we identify a real threat of physical harm or a direct danger to public safety. Threatening others or planning real-world violent acts is prohibited.
Self-Harm
We may remove any content that promotes or endorses self-harm, self-injury, eating disorders, or substance abuse.
Impersonation or Deceptive Behavior
Do not impersonate others via our Service. Avoid providing false information, uploading images of others without their consent, registering an account for someone else, creating multiple accounts, or requesting monetary contributions from other members.
Intellectual Property
Before disseminating content on the Service, ensure you have the necessary permissions. We encourage you to respect copyrights, trademarks, and other legal rights. Profiles predominantly composed of others' materials or content duplicated from online sources might be deactivated.
Restricted Goods
Avoid promoting or attempting to finalize deals involving controlled commodities, such as firearms, alcoholic beverages, tobacco, or mature products, through the Service.
Contests, Promotions, and Solicitations
Do not organize contests, raffles, or similar promotional events using the Service. Do not solicit other users for commercial purposes, including advertisements, discount codes, or sales links.
Reporting Potential Issues
We employ a combination of human reviewers and automated tools to monitor and assess GirlfriendlyAI accounts, characters, and interactions for content that might breach our Community Guidelines or our Terms of Use, or be injurious.
Our members play a crucial role in reporting content or conduct that might breach our Community Guidelines. If you encounter situations that unsettle or endanger you, we earnestly recommend discontinuing interactions with the character.
